Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase from our online store. If you are not completely happy with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return.
To be eligible for a return, products must be in original condition with tags still attached and in re-sellable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Once we receive your return and inspect the condition, we will process your refund. Refunds are generally processed within 3-5 business days after the return is received and inspected. We will notify you by email when your refund has been issued.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. For example, if you made your purchase using a debit or credit card, the refund will be issued to that same debit or credit card.
Please note that customized or personalized orders are non-refundable. We apologise for any inconvenience.
